We accept orders only on the basis that you have read and understood our terms and conditions. N. B Minimum age to purchase a gun is 18 years. Please do not proceed if you are under this age.

An adult must supervise persons 14 to 18 years of age. No gun should be carried in a public place unless in transit when it should be unloaded and placed in a carrier type bag. Note guns must not be concealed on ones person, or pointed or fired at another human or animal. Gc Airgun & Air Rifle Supplies accept no responsibility for any misuse of any products sold.

Returns policy

N.B. Faulty goods have to be returned within 14 days. Please ensure that you retain the invoice as proof of purchase. To return a faulty gadget, please contact us on 07702 018183 or email info@gcairguns.co.uk for a returns form. Refunds You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days).

Testing

We do test every single return, if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage charges. We would advise you to check the item and the instructions thoroughly before returning a faulty item as we will not refund postage on any items found to be in good working order. We can also not refund or replace any guns that have been misused, or if low quality pellets have been used, or if pellets have been re-used.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any local taxes of duties levied locally for imports and the legality of their imports. Any goods returned by customs and excise will result in all shipping costs incurred by gcairguns.co.uk to be deducted from refunds.

Interpretation

These conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the Law of England. GC Airguns & Air Rifle Supplies and the customer agree to submit any dispute to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
